MESA, a Collaborative Kitchen rounds out your dining experience with a full bar of beer, wine and spirits for tasty cocktails and mocktails. MESA also likes to shake it up with programming sprinkled throughout the year, where beverages take center stage. Examples have included:

• The Mad Mixologist Dean Serneels is a favorite. A magician and cocktail entertainer, Serneels is a liquor-pouring, glass-tossing and shaker-spinning master who keeps participants laughing in between each tasty sip. Did we mention he’s a mind reader too? His performance was accompanied by two favorite tapas: Smoked Tomato Meatballs and Herb Honey Fried Chicken with Truffle Mushroom Salad

• Three-course dinner with Wine Specialist Randy Moulin and French wines from Loire Valley. Dinner included Mussels with Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce; Arugula Salad with Goat Cheese, Shaved Asparagus and Strawberry with Rhubarb Ginger Dressing; and Crispy Duck Breast with Carrot Goat Cheese Purée, Cauliflower and Cucumber Ponzu.

With at least 24 hours advance notice, MESA is happy to accommodate food allergies and restrictions.
