The Castle & Key version of a French 75 makes for a refreshing cocktail that highlights Restoration Release Gin.
Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- 1½ ounces Castle & Key Restoration Release Gin
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- ½ ounce of a 2:1 honey syrup
- Rhinegeist Bubbles beer for finishing
Instructions
Combine the first 3 ingredients in a shaking tin with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 to 15 seconds, then strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Top with 4 to 5 ounces of Rhinegeist Bubbles beer and garnish with a lemon peel.
