Simple Syrup for Cocktails

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar (I prefer Sugar in the Raw)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

Combine sugar and water, stir well and heat until 165°F, when all sugar should dissolve with stirring. Cool and store in airtight bottle.
