Portabella Mushroom Pizza

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 4
  • 4 large portabella mushroom caps
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 tablespoons pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Sowful Blessings House Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Sowful Blessings Italian Seasoning
  • Pizza toppings of choice. For this recipe: basil pesto, feta cheese, chopped tomatoes, sprinkle of mozzarella cheese and sliced fresh basil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Wash and pat dry mushroom caps.

Place inverted mushroom caps on a greased oven-safe dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle mushroom caps with Sowful Blessings House Seasoning.

Spoon pizza sauce into each mushroom cap and sprinkle with Sowful Blessings Italian Seasoning. Add ¼ cup cheese and toppings onto each mushroom cap.

Bake 10–15 minutes.
