Fizzy and Healthy— That’s ZOFI

Drinking to good health takes on a new meaning with ZOFI Kombucha, an effervescent black tea that provides a natural source of antioxidants, natural energy, detoxifying, digestion and anti-infl ammatory benefits, among other nutrients.

ZOFI comes in two flavors: Luv Potion 1, which offers a champagne-like quality, and Luv Potion 9, which adds strawberry and a kiss of lemon. While most kombuchas are fermented with a small amount of alcohol, ZOFI contains zero alcohol.

Fermented kombucha tea dates back 5,000 years in China, where it was valued as an energizing and detoxifying herbal elixir. Kombucha entered the United States market about 20 years ago and has gained popularity in the Bluegrass Region over the past two years.

ZOFI Kombucha is available at all Rainbow Blossom locations, Keg Liquors in Southern Indiana, Lucky’s Market in Louisville and Good Foods in Lexington. ZOFI Kombucha is also included on the menu at Jack Fry’s and La Chasse restaurants.
