Smoked Marigold Chai

Slowly bring water, ginger, crushed cardamom and marigold flowers to boil at low temperature. Add black tea and let mixture reach a “rolling up” boil. Immediately add cold whole milk, reduce heat to medium and wait for mixture to reach full boil. Turn off heat and strain chai into a cup. Add desired amount of honey. Enjoy!
