- 1 bunch tender snap pea greens
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ teaspoon crushed red chili pepper
- 1 farm-fresh egg
- salt and black pepper, to taste
Lightly sauté snap pea greens in sesame oil, garlic and crushed red chili pepper. Move the sautéed greens to the side and crack an egg into the oily side of the pan. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
