Ingredients

  • 1 14.75 ounce can salmon, drained, reserve liquid
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup onion, onion
  • ½ cup saltine crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

Mix together. If mix is too dry add a little of the reserved liquid from the salmon. Heat oil in skillet and cook over medium heat until both sides are brown.
