  • 4 TBSP smoked paprika
  • 2 TBSP salt
  • 2 TBSP sugar
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar
  • 2 TBSP ground cumin
  • 2 TBSP ground ancho chili pepper
  • 2 TBSP fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 TBSP cayenne pepper

Instructions

Mix together all the ingredients. Suggested uses: as a rub on any meat, sprinkle on french fries, use in Bloody Marys, in barbecue sauce, etc.
