- ½ ounce vanilla simple syrup
- 1½ ounces pumpkin purée
- 4 drops Tiki Bitters
- 1½ ounces Jeptha Creed Honey- Flavored Vodka
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 halved vanilla bean
To make vanilla simple syrup: add water and sugar to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, then stir in the vanilla extract and vanilla bean and allow to steep for one hour. Strain into a jar or bottle and seal tightly with a lid.
Add 1/2 ounce syrup and remaining ingredients into a shaker tin with ice. (If adding egg white) Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Remove the ice from the shaker tin and pour in the liquid previously strained out. Dry shake vigorously. Pour without straining into a martini glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon. (Without Egg White) Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with ground cinnamon.
