Leslie’s Favorite Gin and Tonic

During a visit to New Orleans, a bartender convinced my wife to up her gin and tonic game with this impactful but simple twist on the classic.

Having recently enjoyed Rabbit Hole’s London Dry Gin and noticed its elderflower accents, I knew it would be a perfect match for this drink.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • 1.5 ozs. Rabbit Hole London Dry Gin
  • 1 oz. St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Tonic water

Instructions

In a mixing glass half filled with ice, add gin, liqueur and lemon juice; stir 1 minute until well chilled.

Strain into an iced rocks glass; top with tonic, stir gently and garnish with a lemon peel.
