Easily one of my favorite gin cocktails, though it requires the pricey purchases of a couple of necessary bottles.
If you don’t want to part with the money, try it at a reputable cocktail bar first. Volare in Clifton has a superb riff on this drink.
Ingredients
SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
- ¾ oz. gin (100 proof is preferred)
- ¾ oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice
- ¾ oz. maraschino liqueur
- ¾ oz. green Chartreuse
- Rosemary sprig
Instructions
Pour all ingredients into a shaking tin, add ice and shake 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with rosemary.
