The Harvest Hot, Smoked and Spicy Bloody Mary

Ingredients

SERVINGS: Yields 5 drinks
  • 1 (36-ounce) jar Windy Acres Farm Hot & Spicy Tomato Juice Cocktail (available at Paul’s Fruit Market stores)
  • 1-2 dashes liquid smoke, be careful not to overdo
  • 4 ounces Peppers-R-Paradise Bourbon Barrel Aged Extreme hot sauce (locations to buy: www.peppersrparadise.com/where-to-buy) or can substitute 2 ounces Sriracha
  • 4 ounces used dill pickle juice (or leftover juice from home pickled veggies. Caution: do not use olive juice jar as it creates a briny flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon puréed garlic
  • Cracked black pepper to taste

Preparation

• Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with pickled veggies and slice of lime.
