Ginger Mule Mocktail

The Ginger Mule Mocktail was co-crafted by lead mixologist Eron Pleven at Copper & Kings Distillery and is served at Anoosh Bistro and NooshNosh restaurants.

Ingredients

SERVINGS: 1 Cocktail
  • ¾ ounce fresh lime juice
  • ¾ ounce fresh lemon syrup
  • ¾ ounce honey syrup
  • Sprinkle of cloves or cardamom, optional
  • Top off with Butchertown Soda’s Ginger Beer
  • Lemon wedge or wheel
  • Raw sugar, optional

Instructions

Build in a rocks glass or, preferably, in a Moscow Mule mug served over crushed ice. For additional flavoring we recommend adding 3 dashes of Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters. To pump up the ginger flavor we added a tablespoon of reduced raw ginger.
