- 1 pound fresh cranberries, ground in a food processor
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1 orange rind, grated
- 1 cup sugar, to taste (I prefer less sweet; add more sugar as needed)
Mix ingredients together and let them stand overnight in the refrigerator, then add 1 cup chopped celery, 1 cup chopped apples and 1 cup chopped walnuts and mix well. Serve alone or on a bed of mixed greens.
