- ¼ cup Jeptha Creed Blackberry Moonshine
- 4 tablespoons blackberry jam
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon lime juice
- Dash of black pepper
- 16 ounces frozen meatballs (thawed)
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine moonshine, jam, brown sugar, lime juice and pepper. Stir until no lumps are visible.
In a medium saucepan, pour the moonshine mixture over the thawed meatballs and cook over medium-high heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally. The sauce should be thick enough to coat the back of a spoon and hold a line when you draw your finger through it. Serve warm as an entree or as an appetizer.
