Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, cooked
- 1 1/2 cups pearled barley, cooked
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup green beans, chopped
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in blender or food processor, and pulse briefly to mix them together.
Measure out ¼ cup of the mixture and form small patties.
Recipe notes: The green beans in this recipe can be either raw or cooked.
