- 1 medium cabbage, chiffonade
- 1 small red cabbage, chiffonade
- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, batonnet
- Half bunch of cilantro, minced
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt, to taste
- ½ teaspoon pepper, to taste
Mix together cabbages, apples and cilantro in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until everything is coated. Adjust seasoning to taste.
