Slow Food Bluegrass Taco Challenge
A taco culinary competition among Louisville’s most talent chefs preparing tacos and/or a dip with local food as the influence. People choice awards for best taco, best vegetarian taco, and best dip to benefit Slow Food Bluegrass’s School Garden Grant program.
Live music, drinks, and silent action.
